3. Definitions

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer visiting our Website, making a booking through us, or otherwise using our services.

  • Booking: Any order for travel products or services you make on our Website which is confirmed or accepted by us.
  • Booking Agent / Travel Agent: Travcart LLC acting as intermediary between you and Travel Suppliers.
  • Customer / Client / Passenger: The person making or benefiting from the Booking.
  • Service(s): Any service offered via our Website including flights and related services.
  • Service Fee: The portion of your total cost covering our services.
  • Travel Supplier(s): The airline or service provider responsible for providing the travel service.
  • Website: https://travcart.online and all related services.

4. Making a Booking

  • Prices are finalised at the last step before payment
  • A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and confirmation is issued
  • Ticket issuance is subject to payment clearance and security checks
  • Any special requests are forwarded to the supplier but are not guaranteed

5. Changes and Cancellations by You

Most airline tickets and travel services are non-refundable and non-changeable.

  • All requests must be made in writing by the booking holder
  • Minimum administration fee of USD 25 per passenger applies, plus any supplier charges
  • Service fees and card fees are non-refundable
  • No-show bookings are not refundable (subject to airline policy)

6. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers or Travcart

  • We are not responsible for supplier changes or cancellations
  • Refunds or alternatives depend entirely on supplier rules

We may cancel a booking in case of pricing error, fraud, or missing verification documents.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are governed solely by supplier rules
  • Refunds are processed only after supplier returns the funds
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take weeks or months
  • We are not responsible for supplier delays or refusals

8. Prices and Payments

  • Prices may be charged in USD or other currencies
  • Your bank may apply FX or international transaction charges
  • Full payment is required before documents are issued
  • In some cases, the airline may charge your card directly

9. E-Tickets and Documents

  • All tickets are issued electronically
  • You must check details immediately after receipt
  • Names must exactly match passport details
  • If documents are not received within 72 hours, contact us

10. Baggage, Seats and Extras

  • Depends on airline and fare type
  • Many fares do not include baggage
  • Extras are usually purchased directly from the airline

11. Passports, Visas and Health Rules

You are solely responsible for passports, visas, transit requirements, and health regulations. We accept no liability for denied boarding or entry.

12. Force Majeure / COVID / Extraordinary Events

  • Airline policies apply
  • Refunds depend on airline rules
  • We refund only after supplier refunds us
  • Additional processing fees may apply

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Travcart against any claims arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for supplier failures
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid

15. Third-Party Websites

We are not responsible for third-party website content or security.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Severability

If any part is invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
